Facilitated by H3 Fitness Instructor, Karen Verechia, H3 Guests will explore a variety of yoga types and techniques. Sessions range from Sunrise Salutations to Hot Bikram Yoga. This workshop will take place during May 13th-16th and September 16th-19th of this year.
