Hilton Head Health Introduces Newest Workshop- Yoga Retreat

Hilton Head Health (H3), one of the nation’s leading weight loss and lifestyle management resorts, is pleased to offer a three-day workshop focusing specially on the practice of yoga. Facilitated by H3 Fitness Instructor, Karen Verechia, H3 Guests will explore a variety of yoga types and techniques. Sessions range from Sunrise Salutations to Hot Bikram Yoga. This workshop will take place during May 13th-16th and September 16th-19th of this year.
According to H3 Director of Program Development, Jessica Lynn, “Once considered a technique for stress reduction and relaxation, yoga is proven to promote numerous health benefits that go well beyond the emotional and spiritual aspects. Incorporating yoga into your fitness routine will increase your flexibility and strength, improve your posture, lower your blood pressure, increase your cardiovascular endurance and relieve painful areas- just to name a few. Its popularity has continued to grow because of its adaptability to all fitness levels. With heightened interest by our guests, Hilton Head Health has developed a workshop dedicated to this fitness activity.”

This is the third fitness-focused workshop that Hilton Head Health has developed- others include Perfect Fit and Boot Camp at the Beach. These three-day fitness workshops are designed to improve specific areas of one’s life and take place throughout the year.
